Responsibilities

This position is responsible to facilitate and coordinate the processes of project scheduling, project cost controlling, project risk management, and project change management for C&C activities, in order to:

· Ensure adequate definition of project scope
· Establish and maintain reasonable baselines and current models for cost and schedule
· Identify and manage risk
Track, monitor, and report project performance
· Comprehensive understanding of WBS, CBS, OBS and other project coding structures
· Sufficient knowledge of the disciplines of cost controlling, scheduling, risk management, change management and their interlinkages (understands and can challenge)
· Sufficient understanding of commercial and contractual aspects and constraints
Understanding of IT systems setup and implementation (to identify areas for development/adaptation)
· Ensure adequate definition of project scope
· Establish and maintain reasonable baselines and current models for cost and schedule
· Identify and manage risk
Track, monitor, and report project performance

Experience

Actual project execution experience
Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations
Exposure to senior management (own and client) to prepare and deliver effective messages
