We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Your expertise and guidance will be vital in fostering a positive work culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with department managers to identify and address staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent development.
Develop and implement effective performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and promote employee well-being.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare schemes.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Collaborate with management to analyze workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic HR initiatives accordingly.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in HR or a relevant field is preferred.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, with a minimum of [number] years of experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Salary : 6000 to 7000 QR / month ( package )
