We are looking for a Secretary for our Real Estate Division who will be supporting our Real Estate Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions
* Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants
* Providing support to brokers and other agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and taking notes during meetings
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and landlords, including communicating with tenants to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
* Managing listings of properties for sale or rent, including uploading photos, creating brochures, and sending out marketing materials
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, such as scheduling appointments with clients, answering phone calls and emails, and filing paperwork
* Keeping abreast of local real estate laws and regulations, government regulations that affect real estate, and market conditions to help identify potential investment opportunities
* Drafting letters and notices to clients, colleagues, vendors, or other parties involved in real estate transactions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar position
Detail oriented, efficient and organized professional
Proficiency with Microsoft application
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Preferably diploma holder
