Manager/Assistant Manager

Company: A reputed financial institute

Work Experience:

Manager : 6-8 years in a similar position (Preferably with a financial institution, not mandatory.)
Assistant Manager: 3-4 years in a similar position (Preferably with a financial institution, not mandatory.)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
Master’s degree in business/Finance/Accounts or equivalent (Preferred. Not mandatory)
Professional Finance Qualifications would be an added advantage (ACCA, CIMA, CMA)

Job Requirements

Timely collection and reconciliation of rent receivable and escalation of default cases through appropriate channels (Accounts Receivables)
Cost control related to building projects and operations cost of buildings.
Prepare monthly reports and analyse property revenues and expenditure.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability of properties.
Ensure costs incurred on properties are continuously monitored and controlled to be within the allocated budgets.
Ensure accuracy of records in property management software.
