Title: Business Analyst (Oracle Functional BPM)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Analyze and evaluate business processes within an organization and identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
-Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and IT teams, to understand their requirements and goals and develop solutions that meet their needs.
-Conducting business process analysis and modelling to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
-Developing and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
-Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
-Evaluating and selecting BPM software solutions that align with the organization’s needs and goals.
-Participating in the development, testing, and implementation of BPM solutions.
-Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure successful adoption of BPM solutions by business and IT teams.
-Continuously monitoring and analyzing process performance to identify areas for further improvement.
Technical skills and other qualifications:
-Have a strong background in business analysis, process modelling, and BPM technologies, specifically Oracle BPM.
-Should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
-A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering, is usually required, along with relevant certifications and experience in a similar role.
