Refrigeration Techno Commercial Sales Engineer will be accountable for sales revenue driven related to Commercial Refrigeration such as Cold Storage, Cold Reefers, Refrigerating residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, factories etc. Along with meeting requirements of customers before deadline with full customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Accountable for full profit center performance and ensure operational execution and financial performance to deliver the agreed profit plan.
Execute established goals for sales growth, market share, profit contribution and return on investment to achieve results through leadership on new growth opportunities for Qatari market.
Responsible for projects and sales businesses for operations, supply chain and logistics to assure high level of customer satisfaction with delivery, quality and services.
Well manage sales, sales team, projects and trading, accountable of technical workshop, maintenance departments to achieve goals on each unit individually.
Professionally using software such as AutoCad for design, build and install of Refrigeration projects such as Cold Rooms, refrigerating Residential and Commercial buildings, Warehouses, factories, etc.
Build strong business relationship with customers and suppliers.
Accountable to be part of hiring, training or replacing process for employees if needed in the same field.
Coordinate with other employees in the company to achieve best business results.
Accountable to gain order and installation for transport reefers.
Implement effective strategies to forecast customers interest and develop differential and competitive advantages.
Build strong business relationship and connections with customers. Also, to build strong business connection with manufacturers/distributors/suppliers to ensure the best product quality.
Prepare heat load calculations for any inquiry.
Reviewing blueprints.
Working on getting AMCs for refrigeration and HVAC.
Make sure to fulfill customer’s requirements with best possible solution, competitive and quality of work.
Make sure to deliver during or before deadline of the delivery period.
Meet customer expectation to ensure customer satisfaction through products/quality/service/price etc.
Accountable to sell the existing stock though a successful plan with the shortest possible time and to inquire new and demanded stock based on market needs.
Awareness of the market by having marketing intelligence.
Able to win tenders for government & private sectors and handle projects/order in time.
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering – Refrigeration Qualification.
2 – 4 years of experience in Refrigeration industry.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Transferable Sponsorship.
Valid Qatar Driving License.
Specialist knowledge:
Knowledge of AutoCad.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Good Communication.
Good Interpersonal skills
Good negotiator.
Teamwork
Language Fluency: English is must , Arabic is plus
