We are looking for a skilled draftsman in this role, prepare 2D/3D drawings using 3D max / Sketchup, involve in Furniture like wall panel, decorated Partition, Kitchen, wardrobe and etc.….
Responsibilities
· Create architectural drawings from architects’ sketches & specifications
· Advanced proficiency in Interior design drafting & Detailing
· Work closely with architect to ensure that design projects are in accordance with the design request.
· Sketch preliminary design plans.
· Work closely with the architect’ designer, to discuss design ideas.
· Able to work under pressure and complete assignment.
· Produce all required drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsed executed.
· Must be able to take measurement on site and sketch the drawing if requested.
Qualifications
· Diploma in drafting / Interior Design is advantage
· At least 5 years and above of working experience with Interior background
· Proficiency in working on 2D and 3D rendering
· Interior Design / Carpentry knowledge preferred
· Good communication skills.
