Responsibilities

Monitor daily sales report and ensure that targets are being met by all branches at all times.
To maintain and constantly review client service standards, handling and resolving customer complaints.
To work with the General Manager in maintaining all nails and hair services and techniques are updated with current fashion trends.
To teach/train new hires if required, in regards to salon standards for services and excellent customer service to be maintained.
To ensure that proper hygiene among the staffs and in the salon are at an optimum level.
To ensure salon cleanliness and maintenance is in keeping with the company’s general policy on services.
Monitor and authorized staff leave and do the needful to organize Staff Annual Leave Plan for the particular years.
To ensure that small maintenance jobs are constantly addressed.
To discipline and guide all members of staff to create a happy working atmosphere for the benefit of both staff and clients.
To encourage and motivate all staff to maximum potential, both technically and professionally for their individual benefit and future growth of the company.
To communicate through all staff levels e.g. Nail Technicians, Beauty Specialist, Stylists, Apprentices:
a) Company policies and procedures

b) Staff rotations/schedules

Qualifications

• Arab national

• FEMALE ONLY

• With valid transferable QID and can provide NOC

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Background in beauty products and services

• Exceptional Customer Service

• Proven relevant work experience in a high-end and 5-star salon

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
