The Store Manager is responsible to maximize sales of the store, manage its stock & VM, manage team and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and exceed store performance for better result
Propose in store business plan to deliver better sales performance
Coach and lead store team to exceed store & individual KPI
Participates in increasing and identifying any new opportunities to increase footfall in the store
Continuously helps & control sales team in daily bases sales activity and managements of repair, reservation, returns
Follow with operational tasks to avoid any delay to maintain business goals and meet customer expectation
Follow brand /Layout guidelines correctly to deliver brand value and ensure best stock profits result
Maintain stock action plan to ensure getting effective result and immediate action for the insufficient result
Initiate and promote highest standards of in store training (sales, service, product knowledge)
Manage the performance review of the store staff and identify top and low performers,
Identify top performers, with high potentials, and recommend them for future succession planning
Ensure the implementation of the development plan for the store staff
Encourage and motivate team to achieve store/company objectives & goals
Manage and resolve customer issues to maintain customers satisfactions as per brand standards
Manage the customer flow on the shop floor and ensure all customer getting exceptional customer service
Monitor staff specialist performance and work with them on Daily / Weekly / Monthly plan to insure clientele excellence
Conduct regular training & shadowing specialist service to improve weaknesses and improve customer service within the team
Full focus on clientele tools and initiatives to grow the team and maintain customer retention into the store and brand
Lead the shop, actively selling through team and play role modelling of the sales brand technique & standards
Educate staff with brand product knowledge and Fashion trends and style in order to build brand loyalty styles with customers

Qualifications

4 Years’ experience in fashion and bachelor’s degree in business.
